-Meet & Greet with the ladies (& dude) behind Hibiscus Cider
The Hibiscus flowers give the cider its festive, effervescent deep pink hue, as well as a floral tartness that complements the sweetness from the freshly pressed apples.
Originally brewed by Harpooners Julia Falk, Cait Kelliher, Jordan McMillan, Carolyn Orth and Rich Eyring for the Harpoon Kettle Cup - Harpoon's annual employee brewing competition.
We're whipping up delicious luau inspired bites for everyone to enjoy. Using Hibiscus Cider as the inpiration, these bites are sure to pair perfectly with a pint of cider.

Tell me more...
First brewed by four hibiscus-loving women, Julia Falk, Carolyn Orth, Jordan McMillan and Cait Kelliher (and one ingenious Brewer, Rich Eyring!) for our company brewing contest, it was agreed (instantly and unanimously) that it must be shared beyond the brewery walls. Brewed for rooftop parties, backyard barbecues, beach days, bonfire nights, and every summer celebration with friends in between.
